How do you edit or delete a field record?

This article will show how to edit and delete a field record.

 

1.  Click on the Dashboard and select Field Ops.

 

2.  Click on Field Records on the left of the screen.
3.  Click on the at the far right of the record you would like to view.  The Field Record Details screen will appear and you can view the record.  Click on the Edit button to make changes to the record or delete it.


4.  You will now be able to edit the record.  Once you are finished editing click on the Save button.
5.  This will take you back to the Field Records Details so you can view the edited record.  Click on the arrow in the top left corner of the screen to return to the Field Records screen.
6.  Deleting a Field Record will use a similar process as editing.  After you have selected the desired Field Record, click on the Edit button which will bring up the Field Record Details screen.  Click on the Delete button to delete this record.  A confirmation window will appear.  Click on the Yes button to delete the record.



7.  You will be taken back to the updated Field Records screen.
