You can review the various Federal & State documents inside the Payroll Dashboard.
This article only applies to Traction Payroll customers that were formally using Zeal.
Every effort is made to create accurate and timely filings. We strongly encourage all employers to review the documents to ensure their accuracy.
If there are any modifications that are needed on any of these documents, please contact the Traction Customer Success Team via phone, chat, or e-mail ASAP so the correction process can be initiated.
Reviewing Tax Filings
1. Navigate to the Payroll->Zeal Dashboard and click on the Zeal Dashboard button. This will open a new tab inside the Zeal Payroll Dashboard.
2. Click on Settings->Account in the left-hand sidebar. Scroll to the bottom of this page and you will see your previous filings. Each column is sortable. To download the associated document(s), click the download icon on the right-hand side.
Obtaining Payroll Reports
Navigate to the left hand menu and click on Reports
2. Select the desired Report > Fill in the desired Date Range > Click Generate Report
2. Once you Click the Generate Report button, a message will populate cautioning you to ensure your computer does not have a pop-up blocker enabled. Then a download will become available of the requested report.
