How do I create Customer Statements?

In this article, we'll walk you through the process of creating Customer Statements.

Traction Pro is required for this feature. Please contact your account manager or call us at 888-466-6080 (option #1) to learn more about upgrading your subscription. 

 

1. Navigate to the Accounting tab located in the side menu and then click on Invoices

 

Customer Statements can be generated for any combination of farm entities and customers. 

 

2. Select the desired contact(s) by expanding the contact to list all of the open invoices and select the desired invoices to include in the statement.

3. Click on the drop down arrow next to the Statement button to choose between a Detailed or Summary version of the statement.

4. A new tab will open up displaying the selection made, ready for printing. 

 

If the additional tab fails to open for printing, you may have a pop-up blocker preventing you from accessing the tab. It is recommended to disable this setting within your browser settings.
