What window envelopes are required to print and mail an invoice and how do I order them?
This article provides information on how to order envelopes for mailing invoice statements.
The required invoice envelopes (4 1/8" X 9 ½’’) are Self Seal Double Window Security Envelopes that can be purchased directly from Amazon via the following link: Invoice Envelopes
The invoices that Traction creates can be printed and folded and put into Window Envelopes so that the return address for the farm is in the top left and the customer (typically landlord) address is below it.
Envelope Dimensions: 4 ⅛ x 9 ½
Window Dimensions:
- Return address window is 1/2 inch from the left edge and 5/8 inch from top edge, and measures 1 inch high and 3-1/2 inches wide
- Address window is 3/4 inch from the bottom edge & 1/2 inch from the left edge, and measures 1-1/8 inches high and 4 inches wide
