How do I access my Billing Portal to make changes?
In this article we will walk through how to access your billing portal, update your subscription, and change your billing information.
This article applies to users who started trials after 8/07/25.
How do I access the Billing Portal?
1. To access your Billing Portal, click on the green and white icon located at the top right hand side of the account, then click on Billing Portal.
How do I make changes to my Subscription?
1. Once you are inside of the Billing Portal, click on Change Plan.
2. Make the desired selection by clicking Preview Change.
3. Review the changes and click Confirm.
4. A Green confirmation box will populate at the top of your screen with renewal details.
How do I make changes to my Billing Information?
1. Click on Update Payment Method.
2. Enter your Card information along with the Billing Address. 
3. Click Save.
