This article explains how to view, print, and export an Accounts Receivable Report.

1. Navigate to Reports, Accounting, and expand the Accrual section. Click on Accounts Receivable Report.
2. An Accounts Receivable Report will be generated for the appropriate entity in your list and use the appropriate date as the As of date, displaying a detailed version of the report.
3. Within the detailed version of this report, users can click into the underscored balance located on the right hand side to be routed directly to the original invoice.
4. 4. By toggling on the Summary Report option and clicking Update Report, the report can be condensed into a brief summary view of Contacts and Balances
5. Once you have generated a report with the desired settings, you can review the information on the screen, print, and/ or export using the buttons located at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
How to Retrieve Statements Directly from the Invoice Tab
1. Navigate to the left hand menu and click on Invoices
2. Expand the desired contact and click on the desired invoices by clicking into the circle to the left of the invoice number.
3. Click on Statement, found at the top right hand side of the page. The drop down arrow will allow you to choose between a Detailed or Summary version of the statement.
4. Once you make the desired selection, a new tab will populate allowing you to print.
If the additional tab fails to open for printing, you may have a pop-up blocker preventing you from accessing the tab. It is recommended to disable this setting within your browser settings.
