In this guide, we'll walk through how to link your Keystone Cooperative account(s).
You will need your Customer Number and an Invoice Number from one of your last three invoices for this connection.
To access the Keystone Cooperative Billing Integration, you'll need Basic Accounting and Basic Operations, which are available in our Plus and Pro Packages. Visit our Plans and Pricing page to learn more.
Navigate to Tools > Integrations in the left side of the menu and select the Keystone option. |
The Keystone modal will now be available. Select Connect to continue.![]() |

If you need to add another customer account number, Click on the green + Add Another Customer Account Number below the Invoice Number to add additional accounts. |
Review your selections and click the Save button. A dialog box will appear prompting you to select I Agree to consent to Keystone sharing billing information to Traction Ag for this integration. Please note that if you do not select I Agree, you will not be able to proceed with using the Keystone billing integration. |
Once the system has created your connection with Keystone, you will see a check mark next to the Keystone integration option. ![]() |
You will also see an Import Queue menu option appear in the Accounting section of the left side menu. Please allow some time for Bills to import for the first time, but once they do, you will see a red circle next to the Import Queue to let you know Bills are now available for review. ![]() |
