Enterprise: How do I use Live Chat?

Having problems or need a quick answer? The Traction Enterprise Support Team is at your fingertips.

Requirements:

You must be logged into your Traction Enterprise account.

Process:

1. Click on the Help tab at the top by your name.
2. In the help dialog box, you can search our Help Center articles, view our Customer Support Line, or start a live chat.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Start Chat.
   •  A chat window appear in the bottom-right corner.
     
     
4. Click start chatting and you can begin typing and get live help immediately on anything related to Traction Enterprise.
   
   
   
   
5. Please provide your Name and Farm name for us to better serve you.
