For most widgets in the Dashboard, make sure you have already set up your farm for this production cycle (Inputs, Land Agreements, Financial Accounts, Fields/Boundaries, Crop Plans and Tasks, Field Plans).
Answer:
The Dashboard is a compilation of information about your farm for the current production cycle; therefore, you might encounter instances where you are see numbers that do not make sense. The following discussions break down the common reasons why this could be happen to help you troubleshoot.
Look at each item to see if it is part of the problem. If the issue still persists after troubleshooting, contact Customer Support for further assistance.
Problem #1: Forecasted Net Revenue, Forecasted Net Profit, and Forecasted Net Costs look incorrect in the Enterprise Financial Overview widget.

- Check that Land Agreements were assigned via the Setup>Land Agreements page (more information here).

Problem #2: Inaccurate numbers on the Breakeven by Crop widget.
- Specific issue: Breakeven by Crop widget on the dashboard shows zero for forecasted yield.
- Potential solution: You do not have harvest tasks set up on your fields or they are set up, but are missing estimated yields.
- Specific issue: Breakeven by Crop widget on the dashboard shows '--' for breakeven price.
- Potential solution: You do not have an estimated yield entered or estimated yield is zero.
- Specific issue: Breakeven by Crop widget on the dashboard shows zero for breakeven price.
- Potential solution: You do not have costs of production established for that crop in Traction Enterprise (prices set up for the inputs in the plan).
Problem #3: Inaccurate numbers on the Crop Contracted widget.
- Specific issue: Why does the crop contracted widget say 0% contracted for one or all of my crops?
- Potential solution: You do not have contracts entered for that that crop on the Crops>Contract Manager page.
Problem #4: Inaccurate numbers on the Task Progress widget.
- Specific issue: Why does the Task Progress widget show that harvest tasks are not done yet, but I actually finished harvesting?
- Potential solution: You might not have marked all harvest tasks complete.
Problem #5: Inaccurate numbers on the Crop Breakdown widget.
- Specific issue: I have seven crops on my farm, but I see only four on the Crop Breakdown widget. Why is that?
- Potential solution: Traction Enterprise shows only a max of five crop types in the Crop Breakdown widget. If you have more than five, Traction Enterprise buckets crops over five into an Other category.
