      Which mobile devices work with the Traction Enterprise mobile app?

      Overview:

      In our efforts to continuously improve the security, speed, and functionality of the Traction Enterprise mobile app, the current list of recommended hardware/devices for running the mobile app includes:

      Supported Mobile Operating systems:

      iOS Mobile Phones

      • iOS 12 and above

      Android Mobile Phones

      • Android 7.0 (Nougat) and above

      iPads

      • iOS 12 and above

       

      Note:

      • As of November 1st, 2015, Traction Enterprise phased out support for devices running iOS 7. Affected devices include the first generation iPad, iPhone 3G, and iPhone 4. If your organization uses any of these devices, please upgrade to a supported device, as we cannot ensure compatibility between these older devices and the Traction Enterprise Business mobile app.
      • iPad users searching for the Traction Enterprise mobile app in the App Store will have to change the App Store filters to "iPhone".
      • We do not support Android tablets.
