What input units should I select when I create an individual Chemical Application Task?

Answer:

Scenario: You want to add a "chemical" to a Task as an individual product application.

You will need to add these Inputs into Traction Enterprise by expressing the rate in area units.

When you add a chemical, the default rate might be 1 gallon/100 gallons, but because this rate is expressed in volume, you would have to change it to 1 gallon/acre. When you change the rate to be expressed in area, the product is then available to add to Product Application Tasks.

When products are applied to a field as a Mix, the application units can easily be changed because the Mix is being created from the Setup>Inputs>Mixes page.
