What happens if I assign or change a Land Agreement after I begin to harvest that field boundary?
Overview:
In Traction Enterprise, Land Agreements are the driving forces behind Crop Ownership Balances during and after harvest. Therefor when changes are made mid-season, updates may need made.
Requirements:
- Land Agreements need setup.
- Active Crop Transfers for the specific field boundary.
Answer:
Ownership splits and balances do not update automatically in Traction Enterprise. If you assign or change a land agreement for a field boundary after crop transfers were made, you must open and re-save the crop transfers for that field.
No land agreement was specified for field boundary IN - 22 before harvesting began. To update Ownership Inventory, navigate to Crop>Inventory>Reconciliation. Because Truck Scale Tickets are the Inventory Source for this farm, you must Edit and Save each Truck Scale Ticket. After you save all the Truck Scale tickets, Ownership Balances are corrected.
