How to review and reconcile Activity Records with Task Manager

Overview:

There are many cases where activity records come from multiple data sources. In Task Manager, we can easily review and reconcile your work order records, web records, as well as Machine Data (MD) records, to ensure data accuracy across all of your tasks and fields.

Requirements:

Make sure you have the following setup: Boundaries, Crop and Field Plans, Tasks and Inputs.
Set up your method(s) of importing Machine Data into Traction Enterprise.
- Make sure your Machine Data Import Settings are set (Setup>Import Settings).
Tasks must be completed and contain activity records (e.g. work orders, web records, MD).

Process:

Navigate to Operations > Task Manager.
Select the Task you want to review. Once in the Task page, select Review All.
In the Review Completed Tasks screen, you can add, edit or remove inputs by field.
1. NOTE: MD records are not editable here. If an MD record is incomplete or incorrect, you can add a web record to replace the machine data record. Lastly, delete the original machine data record. See below tutorial for an example:
