      How much data does my Traction Enterprise mobile app use?

      Requirements:

      • The Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded on your iOS or Android mobile device.
      • Login to Traction Enterprise Mobile App using the login credentials set up for you.

      Answer:

      If you would like to know how much of your cellular data plan your Traction Enterprise mobile app is using, there is a quick way to check on your iOS or Android mobile device.

      For iOS devices: 

      1. Navigate to Settings>Cellular.

      1. Scroll down to see how much data your Traction Enterprise Business mobile app has used.  You can toggle between This Billing Period and Last Billing Period.

      For Android devices:  

      The specifics vary somewhat depending on the exact device you have, but in general you should be able to go to your Settings>Data Usage menu and find details about how much data each of your apps is using, including Traction Enterprise.
