How does Remind me Later in the mobile app work?

Overview:

The Remind Me Later feature sets the interval at which you receive a reminder to Complete or Pause a Work Order when you exit the field boundary associated with a Work Order that is in Progress.

Requirements:

  • The Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded on your iOS or Android mobile device.
  • Login to Traction Enterprise Mobile App using the login credentials set up for you.

Answer:

This feature is similar to the snooze function on an alarm clock, allowing you to define when you receive subsequent alerts to remind you to Complete or Pause your Work Order.

The default time-period is set to 5 minutes; however, you can change this from the mobile app Settings menu.

  1. Tap the More tab along the bottom of the Mobile App home screen.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Remind Me Later Interval.
  4. Choose your preferred timing for subsequent notifications.

Note: The mobile app must be open for Remind Me Later reminders to appear.
