How do I use Task Manager to Record and Complete Harvest Transfers?

Overview:

In Task Manager, we can add, edit, or review tasks. Task Manager is a great place to record and complete any harvest transfers that were not entered through a work order.

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Ensure shrink settings are correct in Setup>Crops.
  • Add all harvest equipment in Setup>Equipment.
  • Create Inventory Locations with Crop Storage to reflect where you store and deliver crops.
    • During setup, if you indicate there are no truck scales at a location, Traction Enterprise will use transfers recorded from the boundary to track delivered quantity at this location.
  • A Harvest Task is required on a boundary in order to add Crop Transfers.

Process:

  1. Navigate to Operations>Task Manager.
  2. Use the filters to narrow down to "Harvesting" Tasks.  Once you find the harvest task, click Details.

  3. Click on the field you want to add harvest transfers to. 
  4. Scroll down to Activity Records. Select Add Record.
  5. Select Equipment Load. Then we can add all details pertaining to this load.HCA_TM_step_5.jpg

  6. If necessary, click Split to split an Equipment Load into several loads.
