How do I use Task Manager to Record and Complete Harvest Transfers?
Overview:
In Task Manager, we can add, edit, or review tasks. Task Manager is a great place to record and complete any harvest transfers that were not entered through a work order.
Requirements:
- Ensure shrink settings are correct in Setup>Crops.
- Add all harvest equipment in Setup>Equipment.
- Create Inventory Locations with Crop Storage to reflect where you store and deliver crops.
- During setup, if you indicate there are no truck scales at a location, Traction Enterprise will use transfers recorded from the boundary to track delivered quantity at this location.
- A Harvest Task is required on a boundary in order to add Crop Transfers.

Process:
- Navigate to Operations>Task Manager.
- Use the filters to narrow down to "Harvesting" Tasks. Once you find the harvest task, click Details.
- Click on the field you want to add harvest transfers to.
- Scroll down to Activity Records. Select Add Record.
- Select Equipment Load. Then we can add all details pertaining to this load.
- If necessary, click Split to split an Equipment Load into several loads.
