How do I update my estimated yield for multiple fields at once?

Overview

Updating your estimated yield for multiple fields can be accomplished quickly and easily using the Traction Enterprise Task Manager tool.

Requirements

In order to use Task Manager to update your estimated yield, you will first need:

• Crop Plans created on Operations>Plans>Crop Plans.
• Field Plans assigned on Operations>Plans>Field Plans.
• Harvest Tasks in those plans.

 Process

1. To get started, navigate to Operations>Task Manager. 
2. In the list of Current Activities and Upcoming Activities on the left side, scroll until you find your Harvest Task. You may need to click 'See More'. 
3. One you've found your Harvest Task, click 'Details'.
4. Now you will see a list of all fields that this Task is assigned to. Use the check box next to the field name to select the fields you need to edit.
   
   
5. Click 'Edit Task' in the lower right corner.
6. Check mark 'Estimated Yield' and enter the new estimated yield you would like in the task.
