How do I track quality metrics for my crops?

Overview:

Many farms need to keep track of certain key quality metrics associated with individual loads of crop (such as Test Weight, VOM, and % Foreign Matter). That's why Traction Enterprise provides the flexibility to select specific quality metrics to track and measure, ensuring you're accurately assessing the data that's most important to your operation.

Requirements:

  • Crops added to your Traction Enterprise account.
  • Crop Plans made with Harvest Tasks.
  • Field Plan assignments made to fields.

Process:

You can track quality metrics in several places within Traction Enterprise:

When entering loads from any of the above pages in the web application, start by specifying your Production Cycle and Harvest Product.

Enter information pertaining to the Harvest Equipment Load or Hauling Inventory Load.

Select "Columns", scroll the list, and choose the available Quality Metrics that you want to track. By selecting these quality metrics, you can log your information in the harvest/hauling ticket.

Note: Quality Metrics are Harvest Product specific
