How do I sync the Traction Enterprise mobile app?

Overview:

The Traction Enterprise Mobile App is a great tool to manage and record work while being directly in the field.  However, operators must sync their Traction Enterprise mobile app with the Traction Enterprise Data Center to view newly created work orders and for the data recorded via the mobile app to populate within the web app.

Requirements:

  • The Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded on your iOS or Android mobile device.
  • Login to Traction Enterprise Mobile App using the login credentials set up for you.

Answer:

To sync:

  1. On your mobile device, tap the Sync icon located on the top left portion of the screen within the Work Orders page.

Note: The status bar reports the time of the last successful sync.

  1. Wait for the app to finish the sync.

 

  1. Watch for the Sync Succeeded message on the status bar.

Tip: After a successful sync, you can safely uninstall and reinstall and/or perform a hard reset of the Traction Enterprise mobile app without losing data.
