      How do I set up automatic updates for my mobile apps?

      Overview:

      At Traction Enterprise, we are continuously making improvements to our software and that includes updates to our mobile app. To make sure you and your team have the latest versions of our mobile app, we strongly suggest that you enable automatic updating of applications on your phone.

      Requirements:

      • The Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded on your iOS or Android mobile device.
      • Login to Traction Enterprise Mobile App using the login credentials set up for you.

      Answer:

      To enable automatic updates on iOS (Apple) devices:  

      1. Navigate to your Settings screen.
      2. Scroll down and tap iTunes & App Store.  
      3. Turn on Automatic Downloads for both Apps and App Updates.  
      4. Optionally enable the use of Cellular Data for updating your apps.

      To enable automatic updates on Android devices:

      1. Open the Play Store app.
      2. Tap the Options menu (horizontal lines) on the top left.
      3. Tap Settings.
      4. Tap Auto-update apps.
