Overview:

Traction Enterprise is great for helping you track your leases with Landowners.

Requirements:

  • Make sure that your farm or other Landowning Entity is added as an Entity in Traction Enterprise.

Process:

For this example, we set up a land agreement to allocate 100% of the bushels to our organization Entity (farm) as the Landowner using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Setup>Land Agreements and view the operational boundaries.
  2. Select Corn Belt Farms under the Landowner column.
  3. In the Lessee box, Owned is automatically selected.
  4. For Ownership %, select 100.00

As you harvest and add crop transfers from a field, you can see the bushels correctly allocated to Corn Belt Farms as seen on the Crops>Inventory>Ownership Balances page.
