How do I set up a Land Agreement when a Landowner receives all of the grain from a field?

Overview:

Your farm might have a landowner agreement that specifies a 100% Crop Share going to the landowner. In Traction Enterprise, track and report this case by setting up a basic Crop Share Agreement.

Requirements:

• Add applicable Landowners on the Setup>Entities page.

Process:

1. Navigate to Setup>Land Agreements.
2. Scroll or use the filters to locate the field. 
3. Click Add Agreement and for the correct landowner and farm entity. 
4. Click Add Crop Share and enter the percentage of crop share.
5. Enter the rest of the information for the land agreement.
6. Click outside the row to exit editing and save the agreement.
