How do I reset my password?

Overview:

If you forget or lose your password, it is easy to reset on your own.  If you are having issues however, Traction Enterprise Support or an Administrator on your farm are able to prompt the password reset.

Requirements:

  • In order to prompt a password reset for users, aside from yourself, on your account, you must be an Administrator in Setup>People.
  • Passwords must be at least 8 characters and cannot include the text string "granular".

Process:

  1. Go to ops.tractionag.com or open the mobile app to login to Traction Enterprise.
  2. Select Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your email address or phone number associated with your account to send an alert to your email or phone.

  4. Depending whether you entered an email address or a phone number, you will receive either an email or a text that includes a link to reset your password. Click the link to continue.

  5. You'll be taken to a landing page where you will be able to put in a new password and confirm it. Once you've entered your new password, click "Change Password".

6. This will give you a confirmation and give you the option to sign in now with your new password.

If you need to initiate a password reset for someone on your team, you can do this from Setup>People. Click on the user you need to open the editing window. Click "Reset Password". This will send the user a link to reset their password on their own.
