How do I remove a completed Task from a Field Plan?
Overview:
As you move throughout the growing season, there may be instances in which you need to remove one or more completed Tasks from a Field Plan. These Tasks may have been marked complete by an Operator or someone in the office via the Traction Enterprise web application.
Requirements:
To remove a completed Task, you must have a completed Work Order or Activity Record on the Task you wish to remove.
Process:
- Navigate to Operations>Task Manager.
- Use the filters at the top of the page to drill down to the completed Task that needs to be removed from the Field Plan.
- Select Edit Task.
- The Task Details screen will popup and you will want to:
- Uncheck the Mark as Complete box
- Remove any Work Orders or Activity Records associated with the Task
- Select Remove from Plan at the bottom right after all Activity Records and Work Orders have been removed.
Note: Planting Tasks cannot be completely removed from Field Plans but they can be swapped out for other Planting Tasks.
