How do I modify my Crop Plans?

Overview:

Traction Enterprise provides two ways for you to modify Crop Plans, depending on whether you need to adjust a single plan or multiple plans at once.

Requirements:

  • Setup your Fields/Boundaries
  • Setup your Inputs
  • Setup your Crop Plans
  • Setup your Field Plans

Process:

To modify one Crop Plan:

  1. Navigate to Operations>Plans>Field Plans.
  2. Use the filters at the top of the page to choose the field boundary of the Plan that needs updating.
  3. Click on the colored box to the right of the field boundary name to open up the Crop Plan.
  4. From here, you can addremove, or create a new Task. The option to create a new Task will appear once you select Add Task.
  5. To remove a task, highlight the task and click on the minus sign on the right side.

After you create or add a Task, you can easily create and assign a Work Order for that Task.

To do so, just click into the Task and scroll down to the Work Orders tab. Click Add and fill in the necessary information.

If you need to add a task to multiple fields at once:

  1. Start by navigating to Operations>Task Manager
  2. Select Add Task > Planned Task
  3. Follow the steps to adding the Planned Task

If you need to remove a task to multiple fields at once:

  1. Start by navigating to Operations>Task Manager>By Task
  2. Select the task that needs removed
  3. Select all or select the specific boundaries that need the task removed from
  4. On the bottom right, select Delete

It is important to note that you can not remove tasks from a field here if the task is complete or if there are any activity records. If you need to remove a completed task check out How do I remove a completed Task from a Field Plan?
