How do I enter a load from my Harvest Truck Work Order?

Overview:

Entering harvest inventory loads that your are delivering with your truck is a breeze thanks to the Traction Enterprise mobile app!

Requirements:

  • Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded.
  • Traction Enterprise mobile app login credentials established within the Setup>People page.
  • Harvest work orders assigned to you and your truck.

Process:

If you are truck driver with a mobile work order:

  1. Start your work order and begin adding loads by tapping Add next to Loads.  
  2. On the next screen, select a Transfer To destination and specify a Contract where this load can be attributed, if known.  
  3. Enter a ticket number or have Traction Enterprise automatically generate a unique load ID for you.
  4. Enter your weights and moisture. Traction Enterprise automatically calculates Net and Final Quantity.  
  5. Select Edit Details if you wish to enter a Tracking Number (Lot # and/or BOL #) and Quality Metrics.
  6. Tap Save
