How do I enter a load from my Harvest Truck Work Order?
Overview:
Entering harvest inventory loads that your are delivering with your truck is a breeze thanks to the Traction Enterprise mobile app!
Requirements:
- Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded.
- Traction Enterprise mobile app login credentials established within the Setup>People page.
- Harvest work orders assigned to you and your truck.
Process:
If you are truck driver with a mobile work order:
- Start your work order and begin adding loads by tapping Add next to Loads.
- On the next screen, select a Transfer To destination and specify a Contract where this load can be attributed, if known.
- Enter a ticket number or have Traction Enterprise automatically generate a unique load ID for you.
- Enter your weights and moisture. Traction Enterprise automatically calculates Net and Final Quantity.
- Select Edit Details if you wish to enter a Tracking Number (Lot # and/or BOL #) and Quality Metrics.
- Tap Save
