How do I enter a Harvest Load from my mobile tractor Work Order?

Overview:

Entering harvest loads from your tractor is quick and painless with the Traction Enterprise Mobile App!

Requirements:

  • The Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded on a mobile device.
  • Traction Enterprise mobile app login credentials established within the Setup>People page.
  • Harvest work orders assigned to you and your tractor.

Answer:

If you are a tractor or grain cart operator with a mobile work order:

  1. Add loads to your Work Order by tapping Add next to Loads.  
  2. On the next screen, Select the Transfer To equipment or location, Truck, and Intended Destination if known.
  3. Enter a ticket number or have Traction Enterprise automatically generate a unique load ID for you.  
  4. Enter your weights and moisture. Traction Enterprise automatically calculates the Net and Final Quantity for you.  
  5. Select Edit Details to enter a Tracking Number (Lot # and/or BOL #) and Quality Metrics.
  6. Tap Save.
