How do I Enable Location Services on my iOS device?
Overview:
If you logged in and synced your Traction Enterprise mobile app and you are seeing the message "Location Services are Currently Unavailable. Sorting Tasks from A-Z," you will need to Enable Location Services in two places: on your iOS device, and within the Traction Enterprise mobile app itself.
Requirements:
- The Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded on a iOS device.
- Traction Enterprise mobile app login credentials created within the Setup>People page.
Answer:
1) Tap on the Settings icon.
2) On the Settings page, hit the Privacy tab.
3) Confirm that Location Services are turned On.
4) Tap on Location Services and verify that "Traction Enterprise" is set to Always
5) If it says "Never" tap on Traction Enterprise and change it to Always
To enable Location Services within the Traction Enterprise mobile app:
1) Open the Traction Enterprise app, click on the More tab, select Settings, and then tap on Location Services
2) Verify that Location Services is turned ON (Green Button) and that the app is running on Battery Saver Mode
