Overview:
If you have logged in and synced your Traction Enterprise mobile app and you are seeing the message "Turn On Location Services to Allow "Traction Enterprise" to Determine Your Location", Location Services will have to be enabled on your Android device. To ensure the capability to receive location based notifications like sorting tasks Near-Far and capturing GPS coordinates while taking a photo, you will need to Enable Location Services on your Android mobile device.
Requirements:
- A supported Android mobile device.
- The Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded on your Android mobile device.
- Login to the Traction Enterprise Mobile App using the email address and password set up for you in the Traction Enterprise Business web application.
Process:
1. From the Apps menu, tap on the Settings icon.
2. On the Settings page verify that Location is turned ON (Green Button).
3. Tap on Location to verify that Traction Enterprise is using the Location Services.
Enable Location Services within the Traction Enterprise mobile app:
1. Open the Traction Enterprise app, tap More, then select Settings
2. Select Location Services
3. Verify that Location Services is turned ON and the app is running on Battery Saver Mode.
