How do I download the Traction Enterprise Mobile App to an iPad?

Overview:

There may be users of Traction Enterprise that prefer to access the Mobile App from their iPad instead of a supported mobile device. If this is the case, you can easily access the Traction Enterprise Mobile App right from your iPad.

Requirements:

• An iPad Supported by the Traction Enterprise Mobile App.
• Login to the Traction Enterprise Mobile App using the email address and password set up for you in the Traction Enterprise Business web application.

Process:

• On your iPad, open the App Store.

• Search for Traction Enterprise.
• In the upper-left hand corner of the screen under Filters, you may need to change the setting from iPad Only to iPhone Only to find the Traction Enterprise Mobile App.

• When you locate Traction Enterprise Business in the App Store, tap Get, Update or tap the cloud icon to install it.
