Overview:
When field plans change, you may find that you need to remove multiple irrelevant work orders. There are several areas to delete work order in Traction Enterprise.
Requirements:
To remove Work Orders, you first have to have assigned Work Orders.
Process:
Using Task Manager
- Navigate to Operations>Task Manager.
- Click the By Task or By Assignee tab.
- Select the Work Orders you want to remove.
- Click Unassign at the bottom.
Using the Task Review page:
- Navigate to Operations>Review>Task Review.
- Filter for a given Task.
- Locate the Work Orders below the Task.
- Click Actions.
- Click Delete Work Order.
Notes:
- If a work order is completed or in progress but you still want to delete it, you must re-open that work order. Read the How to delete Completed Tasks article for more details.
- If the work order has input actuals associated with the Work Order Records, you must remove all input information under the Records section before you can delete the work order from that task. Read the How to remove Completed Tasks from a Field Plan article for more details.
- Remember to keep the Task and Work Order completion rules in mind (many irrelevant work orders that have been assigned to teams or group of operators can be automatically completed when an operator selects "Confirm Task is Complete."
