How do I delete and reinstall the Traction Enterprise app on my iOS device?

Overview:

There may be times that you need to delete and reinstall the Traction Enterprise mobile app from your iOS device.  This is actually a very simple process which is outlined in the steps below.

Requirements:

• The Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded on your iOS device.

Process:

1. Locate the Traction Enterprise app on your iOS device.
2. Press and hold the Traction Enterprise icon.
3. When prompted, select Rearrange Apps.
4. When you see the x, press the x button. You will get an alert asking you to confirm deletion.
5. Tap Delete.

1. In the App Store, type Granular in the search box.
2. When you locate the Traction Enterprise app, tap on it to be taken into the app details.
3. Tap Get or tap the Cloud icon to install the app again
