How do I customize shrink for each Customer Location?

Overview:

If you have different shrink conversion rates for your customers, you can configure each customer location with its own shrink rate. Traction Enterprise can automatically calculate the appropriate Final Quantity for your loads and you have more accurate yield data.

Requirements:

In order to customize shrink for a Customer Location, you must have setup the Inventory Location.

Process:

Navigate to Setup>Inventory Locations.
Under Customer Locations, click in the Crop Storage column for the customer where you want to configure custom shrink.

In the Edit Crop Storage dialog box, select Configure Custom Shrink.
Enter the Shrink value and Target Moisture percentage for this customer.
Click Save.

After you save your Shrink Conversions on your Customer Locations, every load hauled to these Locations (beginning after the edits are saved) uses this custom Shrink Conversion to calculate dry bushels.

Note: Changes made to the shrinkage per bin affect loads created after the change. If you need to update historical data, contact your Customer Success Manager.
