How do I change the equipment assigned to my mobile work order?

Overview:

The Traction Enterprise mobile app allows your operators to specify what equipment they will be using to complete certain Work Orders. Today, Operators can select equipment they will be using for any PlantingInput ApplicationHarvestTillage, and Other type Work Orders.

Requirements:

  • The Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded on a mobile device.
  • Traction Enterprise mobile app login credentials established within the Setup>People page.
  • Equipment added to your Traction Enterprise account via the Setup>Equipment page.
  • Applicable work orders assigned to you and your piece of equipment.

Process:

For Planting, Input Applications, Tillage, and Other type Work Orders, Operators can select from:

  • Tractor
  • Truck
  • Sprayer
  • Other

For Harvest Work Orders, Operators can select from:

  • Harvester
  • Truck
  • Tractor
  • Other
  1. To change the piece of equipment that is currently assigned to your mobile Work Order, tap the equipment name that is currently in blue text color.

2.  Operators who are harvesting will be asked to specify whether or not they're using a Harvester, Truck, Tractor, or Other type of Equipment and will then be able to select their specific piece of equipment.

3.  Operators who are planting, applying inputs, tilling, or performing other Work Orders can select the necessary equipment directly from the Equipment screen, after tapping the Equipment name in blue text color.
