How do I change the date of a completed Task?
Overview:
In some cases, you might find the need to go back and change the date on a previously completed Task, perhaps because it was inaccurately recorded by an operator or is otherwise incorrect. This can be easily done from Task Manager.
Requirements:
- Tasks must be Marked as Complete already.
Process:
- Navigate to Operations>Task Manager.
- Choose the Task you want to update.
- Check the task or tasks on the left-hand side you would like to edit.
- Select Review and choose the new completed date.
Note: You can also access and update task information from the Task Review page and the Field Plan page.
