Overview:
For a Planting Work Order in the Traction Enterprise Mobile App, you have the option to capture actuals for the area planted, average rate of planting or the total seed count, as well as any non-seed inputs that were used.
Requirements:
- The Traction Enterprise mobile app downloaded on your iOS or Android mobile device.
- Login to Traction Enterprise Mobile App using the login credentials set up for you.
- Assign Planting Work Orders to applicable operators.
Answer:
After you have received your Planting Work Order, you can make changes to the Plan section of the Work Order if you know the seed or other inputs specified in the Work Order will actually be something different.
- Tap View next to the seed or other inputs specified in the Plan section to view more specifics and to add, edit, or delete the planned input.
- Tap Add next to Inputs (if applicable) to add an Input to your Planting Work Order prior to getting starting.
- To capture actuals for Planting Work Orders, tap Start Work Order after you select a piece of machinery, if one hasn't already been selected for you).

Traction Enterprise starts recording the time you spend on this Work Order when it starts.
- When you finish planting this field, tap Complete.
Enter the actuals associated with this Planting Work Order.
- Specify the area covered.
- Tap Edit to make changes to your inputs used:
- Toggle between entering the Rate of input applied, or the Total of input applied.
- Enter the Actual Rate (or Actual Total, if that's what you selected).
- Add an additional Input (that is, a secondary/additional seed, starter fertilizer), if needed.
- Confirm your totals.
You could also select Use Planned as Actuals when you complete your Work Order. Selecting this option populates your Work Order actuals with the amounts specified on the Plan section of the Work Order.
