How do I assign multiple machines to the same Task on the same field?

Overview:

Traction Enterprise makes it easy to have multiple machines in the same field, at the same time, working on the same task.  By doing this, operators can effectively record acres and the actual amounts used on their respective work orders that will be totaled at the Task-level.

Requirements:

• Field Plans with Tasks need to be assigned to Boundaries.

Process:

1. Navigate to Operations>Review>Task Review.
2. Use the filters at the top to help narrow down the Task you want to add Work Orders too.
3. Under Actions on the left-hand side, select Add Work Order.
   
4. In the Add Work Oorder dialog box, assign your Task to your Operators. 
   
5. Each operator will confirm their acres and actual input amounts used.  Once complete, they will mark the task as Complete.
6. These Work Orders are now able to looked at in Task Manager under the Activity Records section of each Task details.

• The data captured from completed work orders are automatically included on the task.
• You can also uncheck the Include Record selection if you do not want to include a particular record on a Task.
