Overview:
During harvest, the Crop Yield Summary page is the place to get a top-line view of your crop yields in real time at the field level. Navigate to Crops>Yield>Summary to start taking a broad look at all your yield numbers.
Requirements:
To use Yield Summary effectively, you will first need to:
- Contact Customer Support to add any crops to your account that you may need.
- Create Crop Plans with Harvest Tasks.
- Assign those plans to your fields.
- Add in harvest data to your Harvest Tasks, including transfers going into inventory.
Answer:
Yield Summary pulls information from the Crop Transfers page to calculate running totals for each operational boundary.
The display is organized as a meta-table so you can select which columns you want to view based on the information that is most relevant to your operation.
To access the Crop Yield Summary, start by navigating to Crops>Yield>Summary.
- The "Columns" tab lets you pick which data fields to display in the Summary.
- Select or clear the boxes next to each column name to customize the Summary to your specifications.
After you select the appropriate columns, use the filters and search bars at the top of the report to further customize which data is displayed. For example, in the screenshot below, we filtered for Corn Fields and are viewing only the columns shown in the image above.
Print or download the Crop Yield Summary page using the buttons at the top.
- The download will always mirror whatever you have filtered for across the top of the table
- If you choose "Download Current Columns", it will download a .csv file including only the columns you currently have selected
- If you choose "Download All Columns", all columns available will be included in the downloaded file
