Getting Started: Landowner Yield Report

Overview:

The Landowner Yield Report is a detailed report that you can share with your Landowner after harvest.

Requirements:

  • Make sure you've Setup your farm (Inputs, Land Agreements, Financial Accounts, Fields/Boundaries, Crop Plans and Tasks, Field Plans).
  • You should have completed Work Orders, Activity Records and Crop Transfers.

Process:

  1. Navigate to Reports>Landowner Yield.
  2. On the Reports page, notice that the default is Landowner Yield Report.

3.  The menus on the left allow you to configure the yield data to include in your report. You can chose:

  • Landowner: Once you select the Landowner you have the option to pick from a list of all Land Agreements with that Landowner (this is generally the most important dropdown to adjust for this report)
  • Lessee: Select from a list of your entities as a Lessee when appropriate (generally used when you want to specify a report for one of the the "Organizations" that you set up in your configure tab)
  • County: Generate a report based on the Boundaries located in a certain county
  • Boundary Select a Boundary or Field group to be included in the report
  • Crop: Filter by Crop type

4.  Select relevant information for your landowner:

5.  When you have the details for your report configured, click Generate and select PDF.

6.  The report will then be processed and appear in the bottom left corner of your screen:

7.  Once completed, review your Landowner Yield Report.

8.  If you see anything in the report that does not look correct, contact your Customer Success Manager. The problem can often be found on your Harvest Reconciliation page. 

Tips for Success:

  • For best results, select a single landowner for each report you run
  • Only fields with crop share agreements are surfaced within this report
