Overview
The Input Transfers page is where Traction Enterprise keeps track of your farm's Input Inventory. It gives you a place to record deliveries, returns, transfers, and adjustments. It is also a place that lets you compare your records to invoices or delivery slips you get from your supplier. The table-like setup of this page allows for easy and highly customizable filtering so you can view exactly what you want.
Requirements
In order to create Input Transfers you will need to add your Farm Catalog of Inputs setup. See Getting Started: How to setup Inputs.
Process
- To add Input Transfers, you will go to the top right and click Add.
- Next you will select a type of Input Transfer:
- Delivery: Inventory that came from a supplier and is now at your farm.
- Return: Inventory that was returned to a supplier.
- Transfer: Is made to record movement of your inventory from one farm storage location to another. It can also record a change in ownership of specific inputs.
- Adjustment: If your records show you only have 100 bags but you physically have 95 bags, you may record this change by making an Adjustment.
- Records: Are entered when you want to enter Actual Input Quantities to a specific Task. Records are created manually or via Work Orders.
- Each type of Input Transfers has different details that are required.
- Enter all details you would like to track.
Tip: You can adjust the width of the columns to display the information that best formats your screen size.
