Overview:
The Harvest Reconciliation page is the place where you can follow your latest harvest activity in the field and ensure that all of the yield data tracked in Traction Enterprise is accurate. In particular, you can:
- View your most recent harvest activity.
- Add/Edit loads that were not recorded by operators.
- Reconcile loads from each field to ensure the proper data has been recorded and that the appropriate source of truth has been selected.
Requirements:
- Add all needed crops to your Traction Enterprise account.
- Create Crop Plans with Harvest Tasks in them.
- Assign plans to fields.
- Harvest data flowing into Traction Enterprise; including transfers going into inventory.
Process:
To get started, navigate to Crops>Inventory>Reconciliation.
On this main Harvest Reconciliation page you can view your recent Harvest Tasks associated with today's date. Set your filters and date range to display the desired Harvest Tasks.
Use the menus along the top to select filters for "crops", "boundaries", and "status" and to set the date range for tasks you want to display.
The Tasks list displays details on activity recorded for that task to date and a summary of your Delivered Totals for each task in bold, showing you exactly what is coming off of that field and being counted as inventory.
To get a detailed view, click the "Details" arrow in the grey bar along the bottom of any task. View additional specifics related to that task, including harvest data automatically grouped by equipment loads. Get a detailed picture of your inventory as it flows from harvester to grain cart to truck to bin.
Harvest Inventory Transfers (in bold) are what Traction Enterprise is using as the inventory source of truth.
In the example below, you can see two Harvest Equipment Transfers: the transfer from the harvester to the truck (JD S760 > Truck 579), and from the truck to the customer (Truck 579 > Royal Coop).
In this example, the truck transfer is what is being counted towards inventory, as it effectively ties that load of grain to a physical bin/location in the resultant Harvest Inventory Transfer.
You also have the ability to Edit Groups here. First, click Edit Groups along the right side of the Task details window. This will allow you to change the group number a load is attached to, and select the load that you want to be used as your source of truth.
Once you've made the correct adjustments, click Save along the right side of the Task window to see the changes reflected.
Sometimes you may see a Task that displays the message Possible incomplete transfers (like in the screenshot below).
- A yellow exclamation point will also appear next to the transfer that is missing information.
- All you have to do is click to select the transfer in question in order to update the information.
When a task is reconciled, click the box beside the word Reviewed at the top of the corresponding harvest task.
Filter the page to show only Reviewed or Not Reviewed tasks by clicking All at the top and selecting which category of tasks you want to display.
