- As of 11/1/2019, weather data on the Input Application Report will come from the shared Traction Enterprise weather service. This new and improved weather service replaces the prior weather service with was based on homegrown weather data sets. More info on this change:
- The weather service now pulls data directly from IBM Weather
- All figures in the Input Applications Report are historical actuals. They are based on the hour of the start time of the record. (Ie. if a record starts at 10:14am CT, the weather will pull the data from 10:00am CT.)
- Traction Enterprise passes the center point of the boundary to the weather service and that is the point at which weather data is provided. The weather service provides weather at 30km spatial resolution, at minimum.
- Depending on how your account is set up, the temperature will be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
- Traction Enterprise determines what dates and times are displayed on the Input Application Report by these rules:
- If the record has a start-time and end-time, both times will be displayed with the date of the Activity Record.
- If the record has either a start-time or end-time, that time will show with the date of the Activity Record.
- If the record doesn't have a start-time or end-time, the task completed date (with no time) will be displayed.
