Can I remove crops from my account?
Overview:
Adding Crops to your account is one of the very first steps to getting your Traction Enterprise account setup. We realize however that a Crop is sometimes added on accident and may need removed.
Requirements:
- Crops enabled.
- Contact Customer Support to get new Crops added to your account.
Answer:
After a crop is activated, it is always available in your account.
If you need an unused crop to be removed from your account, contact Customer Support or CSM to have this removed. Engineering will remove this and it can take awhile to do so.
Unlike other aspects of Traction Enterprise such as Price Assumptions, Crop Plans, and Harvest Inventory that are production-cycle specific, crops are not production-cycle specific and are available throughout the duration of your account.
