Can I add a new variety of Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, or Potatoes to a Field?

Requirements:

  • Contact Customer Support or your Customer Success Manager to add new crop products.

Answer:

We often find ourselves growing multiple varieties of a given crop in a single field. For specialty crop growers (that is, almonds, walnuts, pecans, potatoes) this is particularly common and raises the challenge of tracking yields by individual varieties.

To add a new variety of almonds, walnuts, pecans, or potatoes to a field or block, contact Customer Support or your Customer Success Manager. Once we've activated your crop varieties, you'll be able to begin tracking yield data by variety.

Tip: Use that variety-specific crop in your Harvest Tasks, Work Orders, Inventory Locations and Contracts.
