Unmatched Harvest Ticket: Field to Storage or Field to Customer
If some of your harvest tickets don’t match up in Conservis, your reports won’t be accurate. It’s best to fix those mismatches right away so your load counts, yield data, and real-time inventory stay spot-on.
The process for fixing a Field to Storage ticket is the same as a Field to Customer (elevator) ticket.
Steps for locating and fixing the Unmatched Harvest Tickets:
- Before you begin, fix any Unmatched Grain Cart Tickets This will eliminate many of the mismatched Field to Customer Tickets.

Choose Field to Storage tickets or Field to Customer tickets to fix first.

Select Harvest > Tickets: Field to Storage

or Select Harvest > Tickets: Field to Customer

Select "Unmatched Harvest Tickets" and click the Filter button.

Note the name of a field that has an unmatched ticket.

Update your search in the search settings, uncheck "Unmatched Tickets" and search for that field. Click Filter.

Check to see whether there are any duplicate Field to Customer tickets. These would be tickets with all of the same information but one attached to a delivery receipt, and the other attached to a Grain Cart (without a delivery receipt).

Open the hyperlink to go to the Delivery Receipt in a new tab.

Under "Linked Tickets" select the other Field to Storage Ticket.

Click Save.

Returning to the Field to Storage Ticket list, delete the ticket that is not linked to a Delivery Receipt or a Grain Cart ticket.
- Repeat for Field to Customer Tickets.
