The big thing to keep in mind is the team in the field will need to know what kind of ticket to make. Ticket types are based on where they are getting the grain from, and where they are taking it to. The options you see will be based on your back office settings for harvest.
In the off-instance of needing to create a ticket not included in your settings, the other ticket types can be seen under "Other Ticket Types" from the harvest menu.
