Plans change. People make mistakes. Sometimes an activity ticket gets entered with the wrong crop information or the field you thought was going to be soybeans ended up being planted with corn. Here's the quick and easy way to fix it and get back on track for harvest!
- Select DASHBOARD
- Find the Needs Attention Pane. The Needs Attention Pane is looking for common errors and Field & Ticket Crop Mismatches is one of them! If you have a mismatch to fix, the number of possible errors will display in the pane.
- Click on Field & Ticket Crop Mismatches to open the Crop & Acre Update Tool
- Potential issues will be highlighted in yellow. If this is a mismatch you can view tickets and edit the inaccurate information. If this is not an issue then click ignore and it will no longer be counted on your Needs Attention pane totals.
